What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Flowerama's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Flowerama does not currently have a Franchise Advisory Board. However, Flowerama retains the right to re-establish one in the future.
A Franchise Advisory Board can provide a communication channel between franchisees and the franchisor. It allows franchisees to voice their opinions and concerns, and provide feedback on proposed changes to the franchise system. The absence of a Franchise Advisory Board at this time may mean that franchisees have fewer formal avenues to influence Flowerama's decision-making processes.
Prospective franchisees should inquire with Flowerama about how the company currently gathers and responds to franchisee feedback, and under what circumstances Flowerama would consider re-establishing a Franchise Advisory Board.
