What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Flowerama's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training takes place at the company headquarters in Cedar Falls, Iowa, at Flowerama Centers also in the Cedar Falls area, through a virtual communication platform, and/or at the 1-800-Flowers headquarters in Jericho, New York. This training occurs after the franchisee secures a location for their Flowerama Center, but no later than six weeks before the Flowerama Center opens.

Flowerama offers initial training programs for both Standard Flowerama Centers and start-up Co-Brand Flowerama Centers. The training program is designed to equip new franchisees with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully manage and operate their Flowerama Center.

Flowerama may also provide any or all portions of the initial training program, post-opening on-site opening assistance, post-opening consultations and/or postopening inspections remotely over a virtual communication platform designated by them.
