What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Floors To Go's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial membership fee can be waived under a specific condition related to purchase volume. The standard initial membership fee is $10,000, with $1,000 due at signing and the remaining $9,000 paid through the FTG CashBack Program.
However, Floors To Go will waive the initial membership fee and refund any payments made if a franchisee achieves $350,000 in first quality, running line purchases through the FTG System within a defined timeframe. This excludes promotional products, special purchases, and SP's. The 12-month period for achieving this purchase volume begins 90 days after the membership starts.
If the franchisee meets the $350,000 purchase threshold within the specified period, Floors To Go will refund all initial membership fee payments on or after the fifteenth month following the membership start date. This provides a significant incentive for new franchisees to quickly integrate with the FTG System and drive sales through approved channels to recover their initial investment.
