What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Floors To Go's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial membership fee of $10,000 is generally non-refundable. However, there is a specific condition under which a refund can be obtained.
Floors To Go will waive the initial membership fee and refund all payments made towards it if a franchisee achieves $350,000 in first quality, running line purchases through the Floors To Go system within a defined timeframe. This excludes promotional products, special purchases, and SP's. The 12-month period for achieving this target begins 90 days after the franchise membership starts.
If the franchisee meets the $350,000 purchase threshold within the specified timeframe, Floors To Go will issue the refund on or after the fifteenth month following the membership start date. This provides a potential incentive for new franchisees to quickly ramp up their sales volume through the Floors To Go system to recover their initial investment.
