FTG will receive a brokerage fee from each manufacturer or merchandise vendor participating in the FTG System, based upon the total amount of sales made by each manufacturer or vendor through the FTG System. You will not be responsible for the payment of this fee. During fiscal year 2024, FTG received $2,384,489 in brokerage fees, which represents approximately seventy-six percent (76%) of the $3,154,986 in total revenue that FTG received. FTG also receives certain payments from merchandise vendors for the space such vendors occupy while participating in trade shows and sales shows hosted by FTG. The amounts paid by the merchandise vendors vary depending on a number of factors, such as the amount and type of space the vendor requires to display its products, as well as the degree of the vendor's participation within the FTG System. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Floors To Go's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company's total revenue for the fiscal year 2024 was $3,154,986. A significant portion of this revenue, specifically $2,384,489, came from brokerage fees paid by manufacturers or merchandise vendors participating in the Floors To Go system. This brokerage revenue accounted for approximately 76% of the total revenue received by Floors To Go during that fiscal year.

In addition to brokerage fees, Floors To Go also generates revenue from merchandise vendors who pay for space at trade shows and sales shows hosted by the company. The amount these vendors pay varies based on factors such as the amount and type of space they require to display their products and their level of participation within the Floors To Go system.

It is important to note that Floors To Go's affiliate, Abbey, does not contribute to the company's revenue by selling or leasing products or services to Floors To Go members. The reliance on brokerage fees and vendor payments for trade show space highlights the importance of Floors To Go's relationships with its vendors and manufacturers for its financial health. For a prospective franchisee, this indicates that the success of Floors To Go as a franchisor is closely tied to the volume of sales generated by franchisees through the approved vendor network.
