What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floors To Go Franchise Disclosure Document, Floors To Go only requires an initial membership fee for the franchisee's first showroom. Floors To Go also provides a $1,000 sign credit for the first showroom.
For each additional showroom, the franchisee must commit to purchasing a minimum of $350,000 or 80% of their total floor covering and window treatment purchases through the FTG System during each calendar year following the opening of each showroom, whichever is greater. Only floor covering and window treatment products designated as part of the FTG System qualify towards the minimum purchase requirements.
Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these requirements and assess their ability to meet the minimum purchase thresholds for additional showrooms. It is important to understand which products qualify under the FTG System to accurately project potential purchases and ensure compliance with the agreement.
