Your Floors To Go Showroom (the "Showroom") shall be at the following street address:
The attached map delineates your protected geographic area ("Your Territory") in which the Showroom will be located, as mutually agreed upon prior to execution of the Membership Agreement. The following is a description of the Your Territory:
If you are establishing an additional Showroom or Showrooms simultaneously with the execution of your Membership Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding the number of Showrooms established, you shall be deemed to have executed a separate Membership Agreement for each such Showroom and your rights and obligations with respect to each such Showroom shall be governed by the Membership Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floors To Go Franchise Disclosure Document, the Floors To Go Showroom will be located at a street address that is mutually agreed upon by both Floors To Go and the franchisee before the Membership Agreement is executed. The specific address will be documented in Schedule A of the agreement.
In addition to the physical address, Schedule A also delineates the franchisee's protected geographic area, referred to as "Your Territory," within which the showroom will operate. This territory is visually represented on an attached map. The description of "Your Territory" will also be included in Schedule A.
For franchisees establishing multiple showrooms simultaneously, each showroom is treated as a separate franchise agreement. This means that each showroom's location and territory are governed independently under its own Membership Agreement, ensuring clarity and distinct rights and obligations for each Floors To Go outlet.
