What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floors To Go Franchise Disclosure Document, Floors To Go is not required to provide training programs to franchisees. The FDD states that Floors To Go may offer voluntary training programs that focus on sales and management training.
If Floors To Go offers these voluntary training programs, members who choose to participate are expected to pay a per-trainee fee. In addition to the per-trainee fee, participating members are expected to cover the costs of transportation, lodging, and meals for the training program.
