We will not be liable to you for any damages caused or alleged to be caused by: (i) the form of business records required to be kept; or (ii) any supplies or goods purchased from or specified by us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floors To Go Franchise Disclosure Document, Section 7.11 explicitly states that Floors To Go offers no warranties to franchisees. Floors To Go will not be liable for damages allegedly caused by the form of required business records or any supplies or goods purchased from or specified by them.
Floors To Go expressly disclaims any warranty, whether express or implied, regarding supplies or products purchased from or specified by them. This includes, but is not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This lack of warranty has significant implications for a prospective Floors To Go franchisee. It means the franchisee bears the full risk regarding the quality and suitability of supplies and products specified or purchased through Floors To Go. If these items are defective or do not meet the franchisee's needs, Floors To Go assumes no responsibility for any resulting damages or losses.
