What This Means (2025 FDD)

Floors To Go will not be liable for damages allegedly caused by the form of required business records or any supplies or goods purchased from or specified by them.

Floors To Go expressly disclaims any warranty, whether express or implied, regarding supplies or products purchased from or specified by them. This includes, but is not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
