time consistent with changes in the demands of the FTG System, and you agree to pay such an increased or decreased Service Fee.
6.4. Advertising Fee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floors To Go Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay an annual advertising fee of $3,000. This fee is structured to be paid semi-annually. Therefore, franchisees will make two equal payments of $1,500 each year.
However, new Floors To Go franchisees benefit from a three-month grace period following the effective date of their franchise agreement, during which they are not responsible for paying the advertising fee. Consequently, the advertising fee for the first year is prorated to account for this initial three-month exemption.
Floors To Go retains control over the management and disbursement of these advertising fees, utilizing them for the development and production of advertising programs and materials designed to promote the products and services offered by Floors To Go members. These advertising efforts are system-wide and are not used for marketing individual showrooms. The franchisor also reserves the right to adjust the advertising fee based on the advertising needs of the Floors To Go system.
