What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floors To Go Franchise Disclosure Document, the advertising fee is $3,000 per year, regardless of whether the franchisee operates a single or multiple showrooms. This fee is payable semi-annually, with two equal payments of $1,500 each. These fees are non-refundable and paid directly to Floors To Go.
In addition to the advertising fee, Floors To Go expects, but does not require, franchisees to spend 4% to 6% of monthly gross sales per showroom on local advertising. This local advertising expenditure is paid to advertising vendors, not to Floors To Go. Gross sales include all revenue from the showroom for goods and services, excluding sales and use taxes and refunds.
Floors To Go retains the right to reasonably adjust the advertising fee based on the needs of the Floors To Go system, but the annual advertising fee will not exceed $3,000.
