What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Floors To Go's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee with a single showroom will pay a monthly service fee of $400. This fee is due on the 10th day of each month and is non-refundable. The purpose of the service fee is to offset a portion of the administrative costs associated with managing and servicing Floors To Go's relationships with its members, including costs connected to the FTG CashBack Program, merchandising programs, store design/Redesign programs and business-to-business programs.
Floors To Go reserves the right to increase or decrease the Service Fee, but the maximum amount that Floors To Go will increase these fees to is $5,000. The service fee will begin 90 days after you become a member.
It is important to note that this service fee is separate from other fees, such as the advertising fee, which is $3,000 payable semi-annually. Additionally, Floors To Go expects franchisees to spend 4%-6% of monthly gross sales on local advertising, paid directly to advertising vendors.
