Section 7.1 of the Membership Agreement requires you to purchase, for each of your Showrooms, a minimum of $350,000 or 80% of your total floor covering and window treatment purchases, whichever is greater, through the FTG System during the calendar year following the opening of each such Showroom. According to the 2025 Floors To Go FDD, franchisees must purchase a minimum amount of merchandise through the Floors To Go system for each showroom. Specifically, for each showroom, a franchisee must purchase at least $350,000 or 80% of their total floor covering and window treatment purchases, whichever is greater, through the Floors To Go system during each calendar year following the showroom's opening.
This minimum purchase requirement applies to each showroom a franchisee operates, meaning that multiple showroom members must meet the minimum purchase requirements for each individual location.
