What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Floors To Go Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial term for a Floors To Go membership is five years. A franchisee has the option to renew their membership for additional terms, each lasting five years. These subsequent periods are referred to as "Renewal Terms."

To renew, the franchisee must provide Floors To Go with written notice of their intent to renew at least 60 days before the current term expires. This notice must be sent via registered or certified mail. Additionally, the franchisee must pay the renewal fee as outlined in Section 6.6 of the agreement.

If a franchisee fails to provide timely notice or pay the renewal fee, the agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis. During this period, Floors To Go can either send a notice of termination or agree to renew the agreement under the existing terms. The option to renew is contingent upon the franchisee not being in default of any material term or condition, executing the then-current FTG System membership agreement, and paying the applicable renewal fee.
