You agree that the nature and quality of the goods sold by you or on your behalf in connection with Marks shall be subject to our approval, and we shall have the right to inspect the quality of the goods sold under Marks.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Floors To Go's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Floors To Go retains the right to inspect the quality of goods sold under its Marks. As a franchisee, the nature and quality of the goods sold by you or on your behalf in connection with the Marks must be approved by Floors To Go.
This means that Floors To Go has the authority to ensure that the products you sell meet their standards. This protects the brand's reputation and ensures consistency across all franchise locations.
Floors To Go also requires franchisees to use the Floors To Go name and logos on all display signs, decorations, advertising, carpet, floor covering samples, and other printed materials used in connection with advertising or selling Floors To Go products or services. Franchisees must also include any legends, markings, and notices on all uses of the Marks as Floors To Go may reasonably require, including copyright and trademark notices.
