15.1. Address for Notice. All notices hereunder shall be in writing and shall be duly given by hand delivery or sent by facsimile, registered or certified mail, via overnight delivery, postage prepaid, addressed:

If to you at: the address set forth on the signature page to this Agreement, or
at such other address as such party shall have specified by notice to the other party hereunder. Any notice shall be deemed to have been given at the time of personal delivery or, in the case of facsimile, upon transmission (provided confirmation is sent as described above) or, in the case of expedited delivery service or registered or certified mail, three (3) business days after the date and time of mailing.
15.2. Notice to Your Employees. If we are unable to locate one of your authorized Principals at the current address(es) known to us, we are hereby authorized by you to send or give notices required by this Agreement to any manager employed to operate the Showroom, and you hereby appoint every such manager your agent to receive such notices.

Floors To Go is authorized to send notices to a manager employed to operate the Showroom if they cannot locate one of the franchisee's authorized Principals at their known address.
