According to the 2025 Floors To Go FDD, Floors To Go does not impose any restrictions or conditions that would limit a franchisee's access to customers. This suggests that franchisees have the freedom to market and sell their products and services without facing limitations from Floors To Go regarding customer acquisition.

Floors To Go also states that they will not restrict franchisees from soliciting or accepting orders from outside their territory. Additionally, Floors To Go will not prohibit franchisees from offering other floor covering or window treatment products for sale along with those products available through the FTG System.

While franchisees are provided with a protected territory, they may face competition from other outlets that Floors To Go franchises or owns, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands Floors To Go controls, including competition from the FTG Shop At Home program. However, Floors To Go will not restrict franchisees from marketing or soliciting customers outside their territory.
