The FTG membership concept is intended for and directed towards the experienced owner/operator of an existing floor covering store, and accordingly FTG does not provide site selection, business financing, employee training, or management supervision before or after the execution of any FTG membership agreements.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floors To Go FDD, Floors To Go does not provide management supervision to franchisees either before or after the execution of the membership agreement. Floors To Go directs its membership concept toward the experienced owner/operator of an existing floor covering store.
This indicates that Floors To Go expects franchisees to have sufficient prior experience and knowledge to manage their own showrooms effectively. Floors To Go does not offer training or supervision to franchisees, placing the responsibility of managing the business entirely on the franchisee.
Prospective franchisees should carefully consider their own management experience and capabilities before investing in a Floors To Go franchise. Those without prior experience in the floor covering industry may find it challenging to operate the business successfully without franchisor-provided management support.
