What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floors To Go Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees have 180 days after signing the agreement to install their showroom signage. The cost for store signage is estimated to be between $1,000 and $5,000 per showroom. These costs are paid as they are incurred to third-party vendors.
Floors To Go also specifies that the FTG showroom signage must be installed either on the exterior facade, prominently displayed in the front window, or on a marquee or free-standing sign in the front of the showroom. The signage must adhere to the specifications provided by Floors To Go and receive their approval before construction. Additionally, the signage must comply with all local regulations.
Floors To Go offers an incentive for franchisees to use their approved sign vendor. If a franchisee uses the approved vendor, Floors To Go will credit up to $1,000 against the franchisee's future accounts payable for the actual costs incurred for the showroom signage. This credit is contingent upon the franchisee providing proof of installation and proper invoices.
