The annual conventions, voluntary training programs, and other elective conferences will be held in a location within the United States designated by FTG. After the first year, attending members are expected to bear the expenses of attending these elective conferences.

According to Floors To Go's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the annual conventions, voluntary training programs, and other elective conferences will be held at a location within the United States designated by Floors To Go.

Floors To Go requires franchisees to attend the annual convention to receive the full benefit of the Floors To Go system. The franchisee must attend the annual convention in subsequent years and Floors To Go reserves the right to charge a fee if the franchisee elects not to attend.

Floors To Go may also offer voluntary training programs that focus on sales and management training. Members who elect to participate are expected to pay a per-trainee fee, plus transportation, lodging, and meals.
