What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floors To Go Franchise Disclosure Document, the advertising fee is paid to FTG. The advertising fee for a single or multiple showroom is $3,000, payable semi-annually in two equal payments of $1,500. These fees are non-refundable.
Floors To Go also collects a local advertising fee, which is separate from the advertising fee paid to FTG. The local advertising fee is 4%-6% of monthly gross sales and is paid to advertising vendors. FTG expects, but does not require, that franchisees spend this amount on local advertising.
Floors To Go reserves the right to reasonably and uniformly increase or decrease the advertising fee from time to time consistent with changes in the demands of the FTG System. The maximum amount that Floors To Go will increase these fees to is $5,000. However, the franchisee's advertising fee will not exceed $3,000 per year regardless of the number of showrooms they have.
