What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, visits from Fitstop representatives will typically occur at the franchisee's physical location, referred to as the 'Franchise,' during its normal business hours. However, this is subject to change if both parties agree otherwise.
Fitstop retains the discretion to send representatives to the franchisee's premises at times they deem appropriate. If requested by Fitstop, the franchisee must be present during these visits, and they are expected to fully cooperate with Fitstop personnel. This includes providing access to information such as reports, accounts, books, records, orders, receipts, statements, and computer records.
Fitstop also has the right to visit, inspect, observe, and report on the operation of the Franchised Business, with or without notice to the franchisee, at such times, with such frequency, and for such durations as they may determine in their sole discretion. Franchisees must ensure their employees cooperate fully with Fitstop representatives during these visits and furnish any evidence requested to assure compliance with the Franchise System.
