- Pre-Conditions to Us Providing Corporate Training or On-Site Initial Training. We may condition your ability to attend our Corporate Training and/or us providing you with any Initial On-Site Training on you: (i) expending the required amounts on the marketing and pre- opening sales activities we designate or otherwise approve in connection with your initial marketing plan, your lead generation efforts and the Initial Training Team's participation in the Initial On-Site Training that will be provided at your Premises;

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, certain portions of the Classroom Training hours may involve instruction provided by video or other digital technology while at the designated corporate training location. This means that while franchisees and their teams will be physically present at Fitstop's corporate training location, some of the instruction will be delivered remotely through video or other digital technology. This approach allows Fitstop to potentially standardize the training content and delivery, ensuring all franchisees receive the same core information, and possibly reduce training costs.
Fitstop also provides remote training that franchisees and their Designated Manager will have remote access to and must view and/or otherwise complete online via video instruction or other learning management system. This remote training is used to monitor/track participation and progress, and/or test competency levels, as Fitstop determines appropriate.
In addition to remote and classroom training, Fitstop also provides on-site assistance and training at the franchisee's premises. This comprehensive approach to training, combining remote, classroom, and on-site elements, is fairly common in the franchise industry, as it allows franchisors to provide a well-rounded learning experience that covers both theoretical knowledge and practical application. Franchisees are responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in completing the Remote Training, Corporate Training and Initial On- Site Training, including personnel and other trainee wages.
