What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop is willing to provide System Instructor Training remotely under specific conditions. As of the FDD's issue date, Fitstop will provide this remote training to the franchisee and up to four additional individuals. These individuals must be designated by the franchisee as their initial Authorized Instructors for the Fitstop franchised business.

However, there is a crucial stipulation: these individuals must complete the training before they begin providing any Approved Services to clients of the Fitstop franchised business. This condition ensures that all instructors are properly trained and qualified before they interact with customers, maintaining the quality and consistency of services offered at the Fitstop location.

This remote training option can be beneficial for new Fitstop franchisees as it allows them to quickly train their initial staff without the added expense and time of on-site training. However, franchisees should ensure that all designated instructors complete the training before engaging with clients to comply with Fitstop's standards and avoid any potential issues with service delivery.
