What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's name, address, and telephone number will be disclosed as required by law. This disclosure will be included in Fitstop's Franchise Disclosure Document during the term of the Franchise Agreement.
This information will also be disclosed for one or more years following the termination, non-renewal, or transfer of the Franchise Agreement. This means that even after a franchisee leaves the Fitstop system, their contact information may still be available in the FDD for a period of time.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that this disclosure is a standard practice in franchising, as it allows potential franchisees to contact current and former franchisees to learn about their experiences with Fitstop. Franchisees should consider the implications of having their contact information publicly available and how it might affect their business and personal lives.
