According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally prohibited from disclosing information in the Manual(s) to any person without prior written consent from Fitstop. However, there is an exception: franchisees can disclose information from the Manual(s) to employees of the Fitstop franchise. This disclosure is only allowed if it is for purposes related solely to the operation of the franchise.
