sts and Expenses. This is the estimated range of costs that a new System franchisee can expect to incur in connection with attending the Corporate Training portion of our Initial Training Program at our designated corporate training location (currently located in California). The low end of this estimate assumes that you or your operating principal will be the only person attending the Corporate Training and that the franchisee resides close enough that no major flight costs will be incurred. The high end of this estimate assumes that you and possibly one (1) other person (either your Designated Manager and/or lead Authorized Instructor) will attend the Corporate Training and that the attendees' travel costs will include standard airfare and lodging at one (1) of the hotels that we recommend nearby the Corporate Training location.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the training-related costs and expenses cover the costs a new franchisee will likely incur while attending the Corporate Training portion of the Initial Training Program at Fitstop's designated corporate training location. Currently, the corporate training location is in California. These costs range from $1,000 to $7,500 and are paid to third-party providers for travel, lodging, meals, and local transportation.

The lower end of the estimate, $1,000, assumes that only the franchisee or their operating principal attends the training and lives close enough to the training location that major flight costs are not incurred. The higher end of the estimate, $7,500, assumes that the franchisee and one other person, such as their designated manager or lead authorized instructor, attend the training. It also assumes that the attendees' travel costs include standard airfare and lodging at one of the hotels Fitstop recommends near the training location.

Prospective franchisees should consider these costs when planning their initial investment. The amount can vary significantly depending on who attends the training and their proximity to the training location. It is important to factor in potential travel and lodging expenses to accurately estimate the total initial investment required to start a Fitstop franchise.
