You may not post, and must take such steps as necessary to ensure that your employees do not post, any information to a Networking Media Site relating to us, the System, the Proprietary Marks, or the Franchised Business that (a) does not comply with our social networking guidelines described in the Operating Manuals, (b) is derogatory, disparaging, or critical of us, the System, or the Proprietary Marks, (c) is offensive, inflammatory or indecent, or (d) harms the goodwill and/or public image of the System and/or the Proprietary Marks.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to Fitstop's social networking guidelines, which are detailed in the Operating Manuals. Franchisees must also ensure that their employees comply with these policies. These guidelines are put in place to ensure that any information posted to a Networking Media Site relating to Fitstop, the System, the Proprietary Marks, or the Franchised Business complies with the standards set forth by Fitstop.
Specifically, franchisees and their employees are prohibited from posting any information that (a) does not comply with Fitstop's social networking guidelines described in the Operating Manuals, (b) is derogatory, disparaging, or critical of Fitstop, the System, or the Proprietary Marks, (c) is offensive, inflammatory or indecent, or (d) harms the goodwill and/or public image of the System and/or the Proprietary Marks.
These restrictions extend to the use of Proprietary Marks in domain names, Internet addresses, blogs, forums, or Networking Media Sites, requiring specific approval from Fitstop for any such use. Fitstop also maintains control over the content franchisees upload to their sub-page on the Fitstop website, requiring approval for initial content and any subsequent changes. This ensures that all online representations of the Fitstop brand align with the franchisor's standards and protect the brand's image.
