Mr. Cook has served as our Chairman since our inception. Mr. Cook joined the Affiliate Franchisor in Brisbane, Australia as its Chairman in 2018 and continues to serve in that capacity through the present. Mr. Cook also serves in several other capacities at various entities including: (i) since 2020, the founding partner of TWIYO Capital and Advisory in Sydney Australia; (ii) since 2020, the co-CEO of Flave in Sydney, Australia; (iii) since 2021, Chairman of the Board of OzHarvest Ventures Co. Sydney, Australia where he had previously served on the Board of Directors since 2018 and (iv) Chairman of AirSeed Technologies in Sydney, Australia. From 2016 to 2022, Mr. Cook served as Chairman of Native Travel in California.
