Section 5: Operations Manual and Other Manuals; Related Provisions
- 5.1 We have expended significant time and resources developing operating procedures, methods, techniques, and or processes that are not generally known to the public that are critical to the Franchise System. We convey this information to you through multiple methods including through our manuals including, but not limited to, the Manual(s).
- 5.2 We will provide you with access to the Manual(s). You agree to review, adopt, and exclusively use the operating procedures, methods, techniques, and processes of the Manual(s) as it exists now and as we may modify from time to time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are operating in accordance with the then current operating procedures, methods, techniques and processes of the Manual(s).
- 5.3 You acknowledge the Manual(s) will be in the English language. You are solely responsible for ensuring that a representative that is fluent in the English language reviews and conveys the information in the Manual(s) to your employees who do not speak English and that the representative is available for any translation necessary during the operation of the Franchise.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are operating in accordance with the then current operating procedures, methods, techniques and processes of the Manual(s).
These manuals are provided in English, and it is your responsibility to have someone fluent in English review and convey the information to your staff. This underscores the importance of adhering to Fitstop's established operational standards and maintaining consistency across all franchise locations. This also means that any materials, concepts, processes, or improvements developed in the operation or promotion of the franchise remain the property of Fitstop.
