What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for all fees and costs related to seminars and supplementary trainings. The FDD states that Fitstop may convene these seminars and trainings when deemed necessary, determining the location, agenda, duration, procedures, and formats.

Both the franchisee and their General Manager must attend all seminars and supplementary trainings. The franchisee is solely responsible for covering all associated fees and costs. This includes expenses such as travel, accommodation, compensation, and any other costs incurred by the franchisee, their General Manager, or other personnel in connection with these trainings.

This requirement ensures that Fitstop franchisees and their key personnel stay updated with the latest operational standards, marketing strategies, and service protocols. While attendance is mandatory, the financial burden rests entirely on the franchisee, which they must factor into their operating budget. None of the fees, expenses, or charges associated with the supplementary trainings and seminars are refundable.

Prospective franchisees should consider these ongoing training costs when evaluating the overall investment and operational expenses associated with a Fitstop franchise. Understanding the frequency and potential costs of these seminars and trainings is crucial for accurate financial planning and ensuring compliance with Fitstop's operational standards.
