What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop retains the authority to change the personnel who provide training. Specifically, Fitstop reserves the right to appoint and substitute other individuals to assist in providing training. However, Fitstop states that all training personnel will typically have at least one year of experience in the subject matters they teach.
This policy allows Fitstop to adapt its training programs as needed, potentially bringing in specialists or addressing unforeseen staffing changes. For a prospective franchisee, this means the specific trainers they encounter may vary, but Fitstop aims to ensure that all trainers possess relevant experience.
It is important for potential franchisees to understand that while Fitstop intends to provide experienced trainers, the specific individuals are subject to change at Fitstop's discretion. Franchisees should inquire about the qualifications and experience of the trainers assigned to their initial and ongoing training programs to ensure they are comfortable with the level of expertise being provided.
