What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop will review and approve the equipment, furniture, and fixtures used in connection with your Franchised Business. This is part of the pre-opening assistance that Fitstop provides to franchisees. The approval is at Fitstop's discretion, as they deem appropriate and advisable.
This requirement ensures that all Fitstop locations maintain a consistent brand image and operational standard. By mandating approval, Fitstop can control the quality and suitability of the items used in the franchise, which can impact customer experience and the overall success of the business.
As a prospective franchisee, it is crucial to understand the specific criteria and standards Fitstop uses for approving these items. You should inquire about the list of approved suppliers and the process for obtaining approval for alternative suppliers or equipment if needed. This will help you plan your initial investment and ensure compliance with Fitstop's requirements.
