What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally required to purchase signage from Fitstop's designated Approved Supplier. This includes exterior signage, interior signage, and window decals that display Fitstop's proprietary marks to identify the franchised business with the Fitstop brand. The estimated cost for signage ranges from $10,000 to $50,000.
This requirement ensures brand consistency across all Fitstop locations, as all signage must adhere to the franchisor's standards. By mandating the use of an Approved Supplier, Fitstop maintains control over the quality and appearance of its brand representation.
Prospective franchisees should confirm the specific Approved Supplier during their due diligence and understand the payment terms associated with signage purchases. It is also important to verify if there are any exceptions to this requirement or alternative suppliers that may be considered under certain circumstances.
