What is the purpose of the Additional Training that Fitstop may require?

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop may require franchisees and their designated managers to attend annual additional or refresher courses, referred to as "Additional Training," if Fitstop deems it necessary. Fitstop may also require remedial training as part of the actions necessary to correct a default under the Franchise Agreement.

For any Additional or Remedial Training that franchisees and their employees attend, Fitstop may require the franchisee to pay the then-current Training Fee, which is currently $500 per day per trainer. Franchisees are also solely responsible for all expenses incurred while attending Additional or Remedial Training.
