    1. We may provide instructional training to Authorized Instructors that you wish to appoint amongst your personnel and that will be authorized to provide the Approved Services at your location, consistent with our then-current System standards and specifications as we set forth in the Manual or otherwise in writing which, as of the Issue Date, we expect and intend to provide remotely and reserve the right to charge our then-current Training Fee to provide to any Authorized Instructor beyond the Initial Instructor Team noted above (currently, $1,500).
    1. We may provide you with continuing consultation and advice, as we deem necessary in our sole discretion, regarding the management and operation of the Franchised Business. We may provide this assistance by telephone, facsimile, or intranet communication, as we deem advisable and subject to the availability of our personnel.

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop may provide instructional training to Authorized Instructors. As of the FDD's issue date, Fitstop expects and intends to provide this training remotely.

Franchisees must ensure that any personnel they wish to appoint as Authorized Instructors participate in and successfully complete Fitstop's proprietary Instructor Training program, which is currently provided remotely. These instructors must also attend all portions of the Initial On-Site Training provided to the franchisee and their personnel around the time of the location's opening.
