We will provide you with access with one (1) copy of our proprietary instructional materials prior to or upon your attendance at our Initial Training Program, which may include our Manuals and certain other instructional materials that we develop.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will receive access to proprietary instructional materials either prior to or upon attending the Initial Training Program. These materials may include the Fitstop manuals and other instructional content that Fitstop develops.
These instructional materials are a key component of the Fitstop franchise system, providing franchisees with the knowledge and tools necessary to operate their businesses according to Fitstop's standards. Franchisees must operate their Fitstop location in accordance with the manuals and all applicable laws and regulations. Franchisees are required to keep a copy of the manuals at their premises.
It is important to note that Fitstop may supplement, revise, or otherwise modify the manuals as they deem necessary or prudent. These updates may include new operations concepts and ideas, and Fitstop may provide these updates through various mediums, including mail, e-mail, and their Systemwide intranet.
