- We will schedule and hold an annual conference, as and when we deem advisable in our sole discretion, to discuss the current state of the System, improvements to the System, hold discussion forums for System franchisees and recognize certain franchisees. In the event we schedule a conference, we may require you to attend for up to five (5) days each year. You will be responsible for the costs and expenses you incur in connection with any annual conference/convention (lodging, travel, meals, etc.), as well as applicable attendance/registration fees disclosed more fully in Item 6 above.

- We will display the contact information of your Franchised Business on the website that we or our designee maintains to advertise and promote our brand, our Proprietary Marks and other Franchised Business locations, provided you follow the terms of your Franchise Agreement. We will also have the right to discontinue operation of the Website at any time without notice to you.

Franchisees are responsible for all costs associated with attending the annual conference, including lodging, travel, meals, and registration fees. To help manage these costs, franchisees may be required to remit $150 per month as a contribution to defray the costs associated with the annual conference.
