What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to specific policies and procedures related to members and their membership contracts. Fitstop requires franchisees to cooperate with other franchisees and System Business owners, following all policies and procedures regarding members, their membership contracts, and any member reciprocity, loyalty, or reward programs that Fitstop establishes or administers.
Fitstop may, at its discretion, establish and operate a Member Loyalty Program, in which franchisees must fully participate. The specific terms of participation in the Member Loyalty Program will be detailed in the Manual(s) and are designed to protect or promote Fitstop's commercial interests. Franchisees are required to purchase all necessary materials, such as cards and application forms, from Fitstop for use in the Member Loyalty Program.
Fitstop retains the right to modify the terms of the Member Loyalty Program or withdraw the necessary materials by providing written notice to the franchisee. This allows Fitstop to adapt the program as needed to maintain its effectiveness and protect its commercial interests. Franchisees must comply with these changes to remain in compliance with the Franchise Agreement.
