What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop is not obligated to appoint an Approved Supplier for Required Items. While Fitstop may choose to appoint themselves, affiliates, or other third parties as Approved Suppliers, they are under no obligation to do so. This decision is at Fitstop's discretion, as indicated in Section 12.3.
This means that as a franchisee, you may be required to purchase certain items necessary to establish and operate your Fitstop franchise from suppliers approved by Fitstop. However, Fitstop is not required to designate any specific supplier, giving them flexibility in how they manage the supply chain.
