How will Fitstop notify franchisees of changes to the range of services offered?

Where reasonably necessary to protect or promote the parties' legitimate commercial interest, we may by written notice to you or by amendment to Manual(s) add to the range of services or delete a service from the range of services, in which case you must immediately cease to offer or provide the deleted service.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop may add to or delete services from the range of services offered. Notification of these changes will be provided to the franchisee in writing or by amendment to the Manual(s). If a service is deleted, the franchisee must immediately stop offering or providing the deleted service.
This means that Fitstop has the right to modify the services a franchisee offers. These changes can be communicated through written notice or updates to the franchise operations manual.
