What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to the pricing policies and guidelines that Fitstop reasonably communicates from time to time. These policies may include setting maximum prices for approved products or services.
Fitstop retains the right to modify recommended or maximum retail prices, charges, and discounts related to approved products or services when it is deemed reasonably necessary to protect their legitimate commercial interests. These changes will be communicated to franchisees through new, changed, or modified price lists.
This means that Fitstop franchisees must stay informed of any pricing updates from Fitstop and implement them accordingly. Failure to comply with these pricing policies could result in a breach of the franchise agreement. Franchisees should clarify with Fitstop what methods of notification will be used to communicate pricing changes to ensure they receive timely updates.
