What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, participation in the Member Loyalty Program is necessary to protect or promote Fitstop's legitimate commercial interest. The FDD states that Fitstop may establish and operate a Member Loyalty Program, and franchisees must participate fully in any such program.

The terms of participation in the Member Loyalty Program will be detailed in the Manual(s). Franchisees are required to purchase all necessary materials, such as cards and application forms, from Fitstop for use in the program before its commencement date and as needed for the Franchise operation, according to the Manual(s).

Fitstop retains the right to modify the terms of the Member Loyalty Program or withdraw the necessary materials by providing written notice to the franchisee. This allows Fitstop to adapt the program as needed to maintain its effectiveness and protect its commercial interests. This level of control is typical in franchise systems, where consistency and brand standards are important.
