What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop will monitor and track participation and progress in its Remote Training program. This Remote Training is part of the initial training program for new franchisees and their designated managers. Fitstop may use video instruction or another learning management system to monitor participation, track progress, and test competency levels, if deemed appropriate.
This means that Fitstop franchisees should expect to actively engage with the Remote Training materials and demonstrate their understanding of the content. Fitstop uses these methods to ensure franchisees are adequately prepared to manage and operate their Fitstop franchise.
Fitstop also specifies that instructional materials, including remote training modules and content, will be provided and used as necessary throughout the Initial Training Program. The initial training program is subject to change without notice to reflect updates. Failure to complete all required initial training to Fitstop's satisfaction may result in default and potential termination of the Franchise Agreement.
