What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise ensures that its training personnel possess a minimum level of expertise in the subjects they instruct. Specifically, all Fitstop training personnel typically have at least one year of experience in the subject matters they teach.
This requirement ensures that franchisees and their staff receive instruction from individuals with practical knowledge and experience. This can be particularly important in the fitness industry, where effective training relies on both theoretical understanding and hands-on application. Having trainers with at least one year of experience helps maintain the quality and consistency of the Fitstop training program across all franchise locations.
However, Fitstop retains the right to appoint and substitute other individuals to assist in providing training. While these individuals must also meet the minimum experience requirement, prospective franchisees should inquire about the specific qualifications and experience of the trainers they will be working with to ensure they are comfortable with the level of expertise being provided.
