According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop will make staff available to franchisees for consultation. Fitstop will provide staff for consultation on operations, advertising and promotion, and administration, as Fitstop determines appropriate in its discretion.

Fitstop will provide continuing assistance to franchisees in the development and operation of the franchise with scheduled meetings which may occur weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly with dedicated business performance coaches. This ongoing support is a significant benefit for franchisees, especially those new to the fitness industry or business ownership, as it provides access to expert advice and guidance on various aspects of running the Fitstop franchise.

However, Fitstop will not provide consultation related to employment practices. Franchisees will need to seek external expertise for employment-related matters, which may include legal counsel or HR consultants. This limitation is not uncommon in franchising, as franchisors often prefer to avoid direct involvement in franchisees' employment decisions to minimize potential liabilities.
