According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must take the utmost precautions to protect the brand's Confidential Information and prevent its dissemination to the public. Fitstop considers information like manuals, forms, training methodology, advertising plans, customer lists, and business strategies as Confidential Information. This information remains Fitstop's property at all times.

Fitstop emphasizes that franchisees must treat all Confidential Information as confidential, regardless of whether it is explicitly marked as such. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring that neither they nor their employees share this information publicly.
