You must ensure that any individual personnel you wish to appoint and serve as an Authorized Instructor at the outset of your Franchised Business operations (a) participates in and successfully completes our proprietary Instructor Training program (currently provided remotely), and (b) attends all portions of the Initial On-Site Training we provide to you and your Franchised Business personnel at or around the time of your contemplated opening.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Instructor Training program is currently provided remotely. Franchisees must ensure that any personnel they wish to appoint as Authorized Instructors participate in and successfully complete this proprietary Instructor Training program.

In addition to the remote Instructor Training, authorized instructors must also attend all portions of the Initial On-Site Training that Fitstop provides to the franchisee and their personnel. Franchisees are responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by themselves and their personnel in connection with completing the Remote Training and Initial On-Site Training, including wages.

Fitstop may also provide instructional training to Authorized Instructors remotely after the initial training, consistent with the brand's standards. Fitstop reserves the right to charge a training fee for any Authorized Instructor beyond the initial instructor team, which is currently $1,500 as of the issue date of the FDD.
