What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Training Program takes place at Fitstop's headquarters or at another training center that Fitstop designates. This training is to be completed within 14 calendar days of the effective date of the franchise agreement.

Fitstop provides this initial training to the franchisee and up to two additional individuals, which can include a General Manager, without charging a Training Fee. However, this is contingent on the franchisee and their General Manager attending and completing all components of the Initial Training Program to Fitstop's satisfaction. This must occur before the franchisee opens their Fitstop location or starts providing approved services or products.

If there is a change in the Franchise Operator or General Manager in the future, the new individual must enroll in, attend, and successfully complete the required parts of the Initial Training Program. In these instances, Fitstop has the right to charge its then-current Training Fee for the training provided.
