What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Fitstop Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must use only approved advertising materials. Fitstop retains control over the brand's image and marketing strategies. Fitstop may remove any unapproved advertising materials from the premises. This ensures brand consistency across all franchise locations.

Fitstop requires franchisees to display only signs, posters, and other advertising material that Fitstop approves. Franchisees must also keep these materials clean and in good repair. If a franchisee uses unapproved materials or fails to maintain approved ones, Fitstop has the right to remove them. This can be done through Fitstop's employees or agents, without affecting any other legal remedies Fitstop may have.

Furthermore, Fitstop's social media policy, detailed in the Manual(s), requires advance written approval for any franchisee-proposed social media activity not conforming to the Manual(s). Franchisees must comply with Fitstop's directions regarding such activity, and Fitstop is authorized to remove any unapproved or unauthorized social media content. Franchisees are prohibited from disparaging Fitstop or other franchisees on social media or posting anything that harms the Franchise System, with such actions constituting a material breach of the agreement.
